Two join Garner company

Kerri Moltzon and Marc Hall have joined WingSwept's sales team in its vertical markets division.

Moltzon comes to WingSwept with 14 years of sales and research experience; Hall has more than 17 years of sales experience.

They will help WingSwept grow its two automotive industry Web sites, repairshopwebsites.com and bodyshopwebsites.com.

Garofolo earns CPA

Philip Garofolo of Garner recently completed the requirements to receive his N.C. certified public accountants license.

Jeannie McCarraher of Clayton has been promoted to team leader with Tastefully Simple Inc., a direct seller of easy-to-prepare foods. She earned the promotion through sales and by adding new consultants to the team.

Several new and existing businesses in Garner are building new locations.

Raleigh Pediatric Associates will soon begin construction at 1405 Timber Drive E.

Davis Landscaping is building a new office and storage building at 60 Rupert Road (off Fayetteville Road).

An Auto Zone auto parts store is being built at 730 U.S. 70 W.

A Big Lots department store will soon move into the old Walmart building on Fayeteville Road.

Career move

Melissa Hemmingsen was recently hired as a senior interior designer at Manning Design Group in Garner. She will help the firm provide interior design services for hospitals and medical facilities in the Southeast.
