Donors issue challenge pledge

Two anonymous donors have made challenge pledges to kick off the last month of Triangle Land Conservancy's Our Water, Our Land fundraising campaign. The donors pledged up to $110,000 to double all new donations in the final month.

With money from the campaign, the TLC hopes to purchase eight acres to nearly double the size of its Flower Hill nature preserve in Johnston County. Also, the group hopes to improve visitor amenities, such as adding a parking area and expanding and upgrading the trail system at Flower Hill.

More information about Our Water, Our Land is available online at www.TriangleLand.org/OWOL.
