Police still seeking Kick Back thief

Four Kick Back Jack employees had belongings stolen mid-shift as they worked at the Garner bar and restaurant on Dec. 7.

The theft happened between 2:49 p.m. and 3:59 p.m. The stolen items included debit and credit cards, and the suspect has attempted to use them at several locations throughout Garner.

Garner police describe the suspect as a 6’3”, 200-pound black male in his mid-40s with a gap in his front teeth and no bottom teeth.

He wore a dark coat, dark pants, tennis shoes and a dark knit cap. He was seen in a two-tone white and silver, late-1990s 4-door Lexus or Toyota Camry with large after-market wheels and a sunroof.
