Rams still have title hopes

Cleveland’s boys kept their hopes for a share of the Two Rivers 3A Conference regular-season championship alive with a 57-49 senior night win over Western Harnett Saturday. Bobby Stenborg led the Rams with 24 points.

The Rams trailed Triton by a game with a game to play in the season. Triton downed Corinth Holders 62-50 on Saturday night. Kiyon Walden led the Pirates with 18 points in the loss.

Corinth Holders met Smithfield-Selma Monday night in a battle for third place and the league’s final playoff spot.
